When I hover over any area of the GUI, my screen starts to tear like a mother. All drivers are up to date. Java has been completely wiped and reloaded to the latest non-beta release (JRE 1.8.0_161). I even went into compatability settings for Java Platform SE binary (java.exe) and overrode the high DPI scaling to System level. Is there anything else you can think of? I am literally out of ideas. No sir, other than that high DPI switch I ticked for like 2 minutes, but I changed it back. I was wondering if I can run some fancy parameters in in the .bat to make it run differently.
